Level 1 (moderate complexity) Evaluation
Administration of 1-2 standardized assessments
Assessment focusing on primarily one area of concern
(e.g. sensory, visual-motor)One IEP/504/learning plan meeting attendance
(maximum of 1 hour)
Level 2 (high complexity) Evaluation
Administration of 3+ standardized assessments
Assessments focusing on 2 or more areas of concern
Specialized Dysgraphia, CBIT, or interoception assessment
One IEP/504/learning plan meeting attendance
(maximum of 1 hour)
Additional Meeting Time
Additional IEP/504/learning plan meeting time is billed at a rate of $200/hour
